Pressure Relief Valve Y-type
Hydraulic and automatic control
VALVES - Pressure relief, maintenance, Y-type pressure relief valves maintain upstream pipe pressure. It is applicable to decompression, maintenance and anti shock problems. During operation, the inlet pressure of the valve is sensed by the pilot and the opening/closing of the valve is controlled. When the input pressure exceeds the preset value, the valve will quickly open and maintain the pressure in the pipeline. After pressure relief, the valve will close slowly to prevent impact.
If a check function is added and a pressure reversal occurs, the downstream pressure will enter the main bonnet chamber, closing the valve to prevent backflow.
HYDRAULIC CONTROL VALVE - Function of the
Pressure Reducing Valve Pressure relief valve
When the inlet pressure exceeds the preset value, the pressure relief valve is opened to prevent the pressure in the pump station, distribution system and transmission header from being too high, and the high-pressure water is discharged to the suction port or low-pressure area of the sewage pump.
A pressure reducing valve is a valve used to control or limit the pressure in a system or vessel, which may rise due to process failure, instrument or equipment failure, or fire. Release pressure by allowing pressurized fluid to flow out of the system from the auxiliary channel.
Water pressure safety valve
Water pressure safety valves are designed or set to open at a predetermined set pressure to protect pressure vessels and other equipment from pressures exceeding their design limits. When the set pressure is exceeded, the pressure relief valve will become the "minimum resistance path", because the valve is forced to open and part of the fluid is diverted through the auxiliary path. Once the reseating pressure of the valve is reached, the valve will close.
