The causes and troubleshooting methods are as follows: 

(1) Due to the Air Release Valve Cost of the main Valve body or sink hole edge hole burr or the gap between the main Valve body and the card hole is dirt, or due to the main Valve plug or Valve hole tolerance is poor, resulting in hydraulic clamping, the main spool stuck in the maximum opening (Max) position, because of the opening, oil does not decompress. At this time, according to the above situation, the method of deburring, cleaning and repairing the valve hole and the accuracy of the spool is taken to eliminate it.

(2) Because the Air Release Valve Chamber is too tight with the Valve hole, or pull the Valve hole or the Valve core assembly, the Valve core is stuck in the maximum opening position, at this time, the gap is optional. J type valve fit clearance is generally 0. 007 ~ 0. 015mm, with the appropriate valve hole before grinding, matching spool. 

(3) the main spool short hole or seat orifice blocked, lost automatic adjustment function, the main valve spring force will push the main valve to the maximum opening, become direct, the inlet pressure is equal to the outlet pressure. Phi 1 available. Omm wire or compressed air is passed through the orifice and cleaned and reassembled. 

(4) J type Pressure Reducing Valve with damping hole damping parts pressure main spool, use may be due to insufficient interference and exit. After washing, the pressure of the oil inlet chamber and the oil outlet chamber is equal (without damping), and the force area of the upper and lower spool is equal, but the oil outlet chamber has a spring, so the main spool is always in the maximum open position, and the pressure is equal to the inlet pressure. In this case, rework the damper with a slightly larger od and re-press the main spool. 

(5)  JF valve, outlet L with plug plug. When the plug is not in use, the main valve chamber (spring chamber) trapped in oil, resulting in the main valve under maximum pressure to open without decompression. Same for J tube VALVES. J plate valve if the design of the mounting plate does not connect the L port to the oil pool will also appear this phenomenon. 

(6) In the J valve, it is easy to install the valve cover in the opposite direction (wrong 90° or 180°) removed, oil leakage blockage, unable to discharge oil, resulting in the same phenomenon of stagnation, so that the main valve in the maximum opening, without decompression. Bonnet assembly direction can be installed during maintenance. 

(7)  In JF type pressure reducing valve, the installation direction of the top cover is wrong, will make the output hole and drainage hole connected, resulting in no pressure reduction, must also pay attention to.
