The FCV08 constant flow valve is used to adjust and maintain a preset maximum flow rate to prevent the flow through the valve from exceeding the limit flow rate, regardless of changes in the pressure in the pipeline. This type of valve is completely hydraulically operated and belongs to a diaphragm valve controlled by a pilot valve. The pilot valve senses the pressure difference between the two sides of the restrictor orifice installed downstream, and automatically adjusts the corresponding opening height to balance the pressure on both sides of the pilot valve diaphragm, and the opening height of the main valve is automatically adjusted accordingly. The flow rate in the pipeline is therefore maintained in a relatively constant range. The adjusting screw on the pilot valve can adjust the flow rate to a certain extent.
