Multi-function pump self-flow control valve standard technology

This standard applies to the nominal pressure PN1.0MPa-PN4.0MPa, nominal diameter of DN50mm-DN1200mm multi-function Pump Control Valve. Now the standard technical requirements are as follows:

1 pressure - temperature level

The pressure-temperature rating of the multi-function pump control valve is determined by the pressure-temperature rating of the housing, trim and control pipe system material. The maximum allowable working pressure of multi-functional pump control valve at a certain temperature takes the small value of the maximum allowable working pressure value of shell, inner part and control pipe system material at this temperature.

1.3 For GB / T17241.7, GB / T9124 not specified pressure - temperature grade materials, according to the relevant standards or design requirements.

2, the body

2.1 The body flange Flange should be cast with the body as a whole. Iron flange type and size should be consistent with the provisions of GB / T17241.6, the technical conditions should be consistent with the provisions of GB / T17241.7; steel flange type and size should be consistent with the provisions of GB / T9113.1, the technical conditions Should comply with the provisions of GB / T9124.

2.2 Body structure length.

2.3 The minimum wall thickness of the valve body Castings minimum wall thickness of the valve body should be consistent with the provisions of Table 3 GB / T13932-1992, the minimum thickness of steel castings body valve should be consistent with the provisions of Table 1 of JB / T8937-1999.

3 valve cover diaphragm seat

3.1 bonnet and diaphragm seat, diaphragm seat and valve body connection type should be flanged.

3.2 The number of patch and valve body connection bolts shall not be less than four.

3.3 valve cover and diaphragm seat minimum wall thickness by 2.3 requirements.

3.4 bonnet and diaphragm seat flange should be round. Flange sealing surface type can be flat, convex or concave type.

4 stem, slow closing valve plate, the main valve plate

4.1 slow closing valve plate and stem should be connected and secure.

4.2 slow closing valve plate and the main valve plate sealing type should be sealed metal type.

4.3 The main valve plate and stem must slide flexible and reliable.

4.4 The main valve plate and the main valve plate seal can be sealed metal and non-metallic two types of seals.

5 diaphragm

5.1 diaphragm performance should be consistent with Table 2 (see next page) requirements.

5.2 appearance quality of the diaphragm should be consistent with the provisions of HG / T3090.

5.3 When applied to drinking water, the diaphragm material safety should be consistent with the provisions of GB / T17219.

6 control system

The components of the control tube system should be able to withstand the maximum working pressure of the valve, and no leakage of any part shall occur.

7 material

7.1 The selection of the main components and parts should be according to the provisions of JB / T5300.

7.2 copper alloy castings shall comply with the provisions of GB / T12225; gray cast iron castings shall comply with the provisions of GB / T12226, the tensile strength of not less than 200MPa; ductile iron castings shall comply with the provisions of GB / T12227; carbon steel castings shall comply with GB / T12229 provisions; austenitic steel castings should be consistent with the provisions of GB / T12230.

7.3 Steel multi-function pump control valve casting appearance quality should be consistent with the provisions of JB / T7927, iron multi-function pump control valve casting appearance quality reference JB / T7927's.

8 shell strength

Multifunctional pump control valve shell strength should be consistent with the provisions of GB / T13927.

9 sealing performance

Multifunctional pump control valve sealing performance should be consistent with the provisions of GB / T13927.

10 cleanliness

Multipurpose pump control valve cleanliness should be consistent with the provisions of JB / T7748.

11 painting

When applied to domestic drinking water, multi-functional pump control valve cavity coating material safety should be consistent with the provisions of GB / T17219. Painting the outer surface is not specified, special requirements specified in the order contract.
