1. Alarm Activation: The fire alarm will be activated by the designated fire marshal or safety officer. All employees must immediately stop what they are doing and prepare to evacuate.
2. Evacuation Order: Upon hearing the alarm, all employees should immediately evacuate the building. Do not use elevators. Use the nearest safe staircase to exit the building.
3. Assembly Area: All employees should gather at the pre-determined assembly area. This location should be far enough away from the building to avoid any potential hazards, but close enough to be easily accessible.
