How to do check valve maintenance and repair?

The silencer check valve is an automatic valve. Its function is to prevent the medium in the pipeline from flowing backwards. It is mainly used for the pipe that the medium is unidirectional and only allows the medium to flow in one direction to prevent accidents.

Silent Check Valve maintenance and care are as follows:

1) When opening and closing storage and transportation should be in the shutdown device, and should do the following:

① silencer check valve flap should be fixed in the open position.

② the diameter of both ends of the mouth with foam blockage, the port must be boring stuffy, to be dust, rust, keep the channel clean and the end of the formation;

③ cylinder parts for proper packaging protection, shock and anti-collision;

2) muffler check valve should be placed in a smooth, pneumatic drive upward, not mutually squeezed.

3) When placed for a long time should be regularly checked. Every three months on the two channels, the sealing surface of the dirt and rust, welding port protection status checks, wipe dirt and rust, re-painted anti-rust oil to be protected.

4) In order to prevent the countercurrent medium, the equipment, devices and piping should be installed on the check valve;

5) muffler check valve is generally applicable to clean media, should not be used for containing solid particles and larger viscosity media;

6) generally nominal 50mm through the pipe should be used on the vertical silencer check valve;

7) Check the silencer check valve should be stored in a dry and ventilated room, so moisture, rain, rust.
